Welcome to our Automated Monthly Dues Payment Page.  When you sign up for this service, you will need to have a free PayPal Account set up.  The reason for this is so that you can cancel your subscription to the Automated Monthly Dues Payment at any time. 

Please sign-up between the 1st and the 5th of the month.  If it is too late, then pay for a single month here and start your automated monthly dues payment subscription next month. 

For Family dues, sign up the primary adult first, or if no adult then the oldest child. Then add additional adults and children in the "Additional Family Members" table. 

Please notice that there are separate sign-ups for Children who go once a week or Children who go 2-3 times a week.

Adult Signup $75 per Month Payment includes all Cuong Nhu Curriculum Classes and Adult Tai Chi Classes, as well as discount pricing on Adult Yoga, Adult Boxing, and Adult Kickboxing Workout Classes. Name

Child Signup 1 per week $45 per Month Payment includes 1 Children's Cuong Nhu Curriculum Class per Week. Name

Child Signup 2-3 per week $70 per Month Payment includes all Children's Cuong Nhu Curriculum Classes. Name
