Manual The White belt manual covers the adult curriculum up to Green Belt, which is the extent of the kids curriculum	$20
White Belt DVD The White belt DVD covers the same curriculum as the manual, but demonstrated in video by the masters	$30
Foam Bats These are the same bats we use in class.  They're the safest I've used, but it's still a good idea to wear eye protection	$25	Red, Black, or Blue?
