The name of the Cuong Nhu Oriental Martial Arts school in Atlanta is Sung Ming Shu which means ‘Tree of Life’. Sung Ming Shu offers fitness and self-defense classes, private and group lessons, birthday parties and summer camps and has been serving intown Atlanta since 1981. Master Allen Hoss leads Sung Ming Shu, has more than 40 years of traditional martial arts experience, and is assisted by more than a dozen black belt level instructors.
